We Will Rock You tickets are still in huge demand even after 9 years since it first thundered into the Dominion Theatre in 2002 and the stage show has been one of the most successful ever to grace the west end.

Queen are probably one of the most popular rock bands of all time with a back catalogue of songs that are instantly recognisable to the majority of people on the planet which gives extra appeal to the We Will Rock You stage show as fans of Queen young and old alike snap up tickets to enjoy a great singalong night out at the theatre. The fact that Queen songs have stood the test of time is probably why We Will Rock You tickets are still as popular today as they were back in 2002 as the public lap up the live experience of the cast blasting out their favourite hits from the legendary rock band.

The plot of the We Will Rock You London show blends in the Queen songs into a futuristic world where manufactured pop bands rule the roost and guitar and rock bands are outlawed. An underground movement exists though where this music can be enjoyed which gains enough momentum to eventually overthrow the evil 'Killer Queen'. Although the plot is a simple one designed to accommodate the vast array of Queen hits there is great writing from Ben Elton giving the show a humorous edge to it. It is this fusion between the music and storyline that has ensured the popularity of We Will Rock You tickets for nearly a decade and has attracted a loyal public that would perhaps not usually go to west end musicals.

The simple fact that the We Will Rock You show focuses around the music of Queen brings an entirely new audience to the west end as loyal Queen fans lap it up again and again coming from all around the world to see the show in its spiritual home of the Dominion Theatre and it would seem that even though We Will Rock You tickets can be bought for performances of the show in cities accross the globe as it has become an international franchise the London version seems to just go from strength to strength.

In fact the emergence of the We Will Rock you musical franchise has bred a brand new generation of Queen fans who maybe wouldn't have familiarised themselves with the band if the show hadn't opened which has perhaps given Queen a legacy that will last for decades to come.
