Betriebsrat offices in Germany

I have this kind of thing which god has fitted into me and I think sometimes its good and sometimes it is very bad. Well the problem with me is that things which I come across and are new to y perception and ears the I tend to go in one kind of trauma and I cannot go out of that trauma unless and until things don’t fall in place. When I say things don’t fall in place them I am referring to the fact that Indeed to clear that thing in my head or else it keeps on bothering me all the time that what it actually would be. Learning new languages is also one of my hobbies and I keep learning few words in each of them and then try to speak with people who are fluent with that language and also try to understand and make sure that is understand the right accent. due this habit of mine I landed up again in one kind of trauma when I was trying to speak German as I had to leave for Germany in a few months for some kind of important work and people suggested me that if I learnt a little bit of it then it could come very handy over there so I did follow their advice as I was thinking of that since a long time and then ultimately I found out that it was pretty difficult when it came to pronunciations, well of course not as hard as French as French pronunciations are very different and they sound pretty opposite to English.

Getting back to the word I came across to and trying to find the meaning of it, well I found this word written on a website when I was searching for some of the work councils in European countries and this is because I need to understand what they actually are. Well then let me tell that the word is betriebsrat and it actually means work council in German. So I found out more about betriebsrat and the betriebsrat offices in Germany and contacted them since that was I was actually looking for all the time. It is my job to be in touch with them and get the latest updates. And so I did, but one sure thing that betriebsrat did put me into a trauma as I could not even pronounce it initially.
